Karya Dosen FH Untag Surabaya Dr. Tomy Michael, S.H., M.H., berjudul Homo Homini Lupus And Artificial Intelligence di E-Magz STKIP PGRI Pacitan 22nd Edition//December 2023//ISSN 2797-2941. Today's young generation has to compete with artificial intelligence which is its most obvious rival. The younger generation no longer competes with each other, but with half themselves who must be defeated. Referring to Plato's doctrine of the form of government, it is known that the younger generation is a generation that is very worthy of being indoctrinated about itself. They must be able to understand their own entity in the world so they can survive.
In today's modern view, what Plato wanted is still relevant because when we know the true self, the right solution will emerge. As homo homini lupus, the younger generation is also obliged to choose the suitability of the problem and the solution. This means that not all problems can be solved in one way but can be solved using a combination of others. Humans cannot live alone, so they need a social contract to realize what they want. The natural behavior of always wanting to stand out cannot be eliminated but can be limited by existing rules.
It may seem selfish, but inclusive education which provides the widest opportunities for individuals with their uniqueness must adapt quickly. The principles of inclusive education, namely diversity, potentialbased, involving students and stakeholders, are all still too utopian. So collaboration with artificial intelligence must be absolute. For example, how students who are blind can become legal advisors in mining companies, how students who are deaf become mediators in the midst of military aggression and events that are considered interesting for those addicted to perfection. Everything requires artificial intelligence and humility because the problem that arises is that there is no moral in it. It feels unethical to reject artificial intelligence while there are no adequate facilities for inclusive education.
Apart from that, the country must not forget the national identity of this nation. Inclusive education may adopt an international perspective, but typical Indonesian education must remain primary. Education is humanizing humans through acculturation, empowering and cultivating, which is realized as an adult human so that the wholeness of the self is achieved. So what is the correlation between homo homini lupus, artificial intelligence and typical Indonesian education? Humans as naturally thinkers and rebels need a place to hone their thinking. All space and time are the best things and the variety of education is formed by the state. Then artificial intelligence will help in solving educational problems and the way to solve this is actually a structured innovation. Lastly, typical Indonesian education is true identity. Ki Hadjar Dewantara said, technology cannot be rejected because culture lives and develops according to natural selection. This means that if culture is really needed then it will continue to live. If that is the case then inclusive education must be the focus of the future president and vice president because otherwise there will be a catch-all effort.
